Where do you ship from?
All orders are proudly printed and shipped from the USA.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship out within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we’re working on expanding our pack globally!
Will I get tracking info?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow your gear all the way to your doorstep.

What kind of shirts do you use?
We use soft, durable apparel from trusted brands like Gildan and Comfort Colors. Each product listing includes material details.
How do I know what size to order?
All our items are true to size unless otherwise noted. We recommend checking the sizing chart on each product page. Want a relaxed or oversized fit? Size up!
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! We’re proud to offer a wide range of sizes. If you don’t see your size available, reach out — we’ll do our best to add it to the pack.

How should I care for my new favorite shirt or hoodie?
To keep your print looking fresh:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid ironing directly on the design
- Do not bleach

What is your return policy?
We offer a 110% Tail-Wagging Guarantee on all purchases. If you or your dog aren’t 100% thrilled with your order within 90 days of delivery, we’ll refund your full purchase — plus 10% extra — no returns required.
Do I need to send the item back?
Nope. We ask that you donate the item to a local animal shelter or someone who would love it. It’s a win-win.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at support@fetchyoulater.com with your order number and reason, and we’ll take care of it faster than your dog runs to the treat jar.

Can I make changes to my order after I place it?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to help.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you! Snap a photo and email us at support@fetchyoulater.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. (Gift receipts not included by default.)
